Creating & Managing Clients

The Clients section (/admin/clients) is the central hub for your client roster.

Client list

The list shows every client with at-a-glance status columns:

Creating a client

  1. Click New Client in the top right.
  2. Fill in the client's name and any relevant details.
  3. Save — if Google Drive and/or Slack auto-creation are enabled in Onboarding Settings, the folder and channel are created immediately.

Client detail page

Click any client's name to open their detail page. From here you can:

  • Edit client information
  • View their tasks, files, calendar events, and assets scoped to that client
  • Manage their connected integrations (Meta Ads, GA4, GSC, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Invite new client members

Deleting a client

There is no bulk-delete — clients must be archived individually. Archiving a client hides them from the active list but preserves their data.
