Creating & Managing Clients
The Clients section (/admin/clients) is the central hub for your client roster.
Client list
The list shows every client with at-a-glance status columns:

|---|---|
| Onboarding | Whether the client has completed the onboarding checklist |
| Drive | Link to the client's Google Drive folder (if connected) |
| Slack | Link to the client's Slack channel (if connected) |
| Pending files | Number of files awaiting your review/approval |
Creating a client
- Click New Client in the top right.
- Fill in the client's name and any relevant details.
- Save — if Google Drive and/or Slack auto-creation are enabled in Onboarding Settings, the folder and channel are created immediately.
Client detail page
Click any client's name to open their detail page. From here you can:
- Edit client information
- View their tasks, files, calendar events, and assets scoped to that client
- Manage their connected integrations (Meta Ads, GA4, GSC, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Invite new client members
Deleting a client
There is no bulk-delete — clients must be archived individually. Archiving a client hides them from the active list but preserves their data.
